SOXVO / LEGAL
Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated:
Soxvo respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. This page describes how to raise a copyright concern. It is general information, not legal advice, and does not replace the requirements of applicable law.
Report alleged infringement
If you believe material on Soxvo infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to represent, send a notice through the Contact page using the “Copyright” topic or email support.soxvo@gmail.com. Include the exact Soxvo URL, identify the copyrighted work, explain the alleged infringement, and provide your name and a reliable reply address.
Information for a formal DMCA notice
A notice seeking action under United States law may need additional information, including a physical or electronic signature; identification of the protected work and the material to be removed or disabled; contact details; a good-faith statement; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act and that your notice is accurate. Consider getting legal advice before submitting a formal notice.
Review and response
We may request more information, restrict access to reported material while reviewing a notice, or take other action consistent with applicable law and our Terms. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal. Knowingly making a materially false claim may have legal consequences.
Counter-notices and repeat infringement
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, contact us with the relevant URL and an explanation. A formal counter-notice under the DMCA has specific statutory requirements and may require personal contact information and consent to jurisdiction. We will handle complete notices and counter-notices as required by applicable law. Repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions or termination.
No designated-agent claim
This page does not represent that Soxvo has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. The contact details above are the support channel currently published by Soxvo.
